27. Missing Safety Pieces!
Q:I am also missing the 8 safety pieces and string. I am concerned that the play pen is not safe without them. Will you please send them to me as you did to other customers? A:Hi, if you are talking about the holder + string, it is actually optional and you would need to purchase them. Also we are waiting for new stock to come in from Korea so it should take some time. We want to let you know that the play pen is by default safe to use without them, it is just for extra stability from shaking. Thank you,
